The countdown begins

I've just added a countdown to this site so the 1001 days officially begins from today. If it were one day earlier, I could have included a meal at the one star Michelin restaurant - Gordon Ramsay's Maze Restaurant.
My verdict - Food was good but not mind blowing - what I'd typically expect in a fine dining restaurant. Found myself gulping down at least a glass of water between each dish (there were 6 in total) which makes me wonder how much salt would have been in each one. My fave was the first dessert (there were two). Only problem was the restaurant was pretty noisy so it was really hard to catch the description from the waiter.
