In 2009, the London Wine Fair was held at the Business Design Centre in Angel, only a short walk from home. A great opportunity to sample wines from all over the world.
We started our tasting with French wines before moving onto the New World regions of South Africa and South America. I really liked the Burgundy reds and had my first try of Elderflower wine.
After several hours of tasting, the girls retired whilst the guys set about looking to conquering another country. Spain was the chosen destination and the Spanish quarter was well and truly tasted with several Rjoca varieties being the preferred drops.
